The staff was fabulous & wonderful.

A writing desk and a chair in the room, favourable location. Freshly prepared, satisfactory breakfast by the chef Miguel.

Bed was comfortable and amenities were sufficient.

Bathroom and room was not thoroughly cleaned before my family checked in. Found clothing for previous occupant behind a chair and bathroom toilet and floor dusty.

beds are comfy nd so r the pillows ,showers r hot,rooms r a nice Size nd staff is kind nd helpful

Breakfast wasn't included for the price we paid,the neighbods made alot of noise

Issues since arriving with check in, check out, and still having them although we checked out 3 days ago. Expected better selection for breakfast being it wasn't free.

Air conditioner was very loud and disruptive.

On Wednesday morning, lady at front desk was very friendly. This made up for the previous night experience.

Reception on night of arrival. Lady was not friendly and changed fare vs my reservation on line. I wanted to leave a voucher with credit card and asked me to pay in cash because I told her needed to nights instead of just one, she said could not confirm until next day, but not in best cordial way.

For what was offered for breakfast, I felt it should have been free.

When we saw the room we were a bit disappointed. The pictures look better than the room but it was still nice. Also when we booked out room it said it came with free complementary breakfast but we were charged $5 per person.

Fairly clean except for giant spider web in curtain area, comfortable bed

Giant spider web in curtain area!!!!!! Like it hadn't been cleaned in years kind of web!! Small bathroom, couldn't maneuver around

The place was super easy to get to and had a really cozy, spacious room where I slept like a baby. I loved lounging by the outdoor pool and enjoying some sun on the terrace. Just a heads up, the breakfast could be a bit more varied, but overall, a great stay ☀️

Fast check in. Room was fine. Room had small kitchen. Stove,refrigerator and microwave

Big gray ugly garbage can left in hallway near elevator. Fine to have in hallway for guest maybe use somthing nicer.

The room was well appointed and the staff was lovely. The bed was very comfortable!!

The spacious room wasnice and neat. The noisy environment and small bathroom were significant drawbacks. While the attached restaurant offered a really good breakfast, the lack of a proper breakfast service was disappointing. I also noticed the hallway needed better maintenance, with dust evident in corners.
