The hotel was clean and our room was new-fashioned and updated. The property's breakfast was affordable and free, offering a variety of options like bagels, hot oatmeal, and sausages that could satisfy any taste. We truly enjoyed our rooms with a king bed.

The location was perfect, within an easy walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Loyola College was just a 5-minute drive away.

The rooms are modern and come equipped with a writing desk and chair, which is convenient. the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast that includes pancakes, bacon, and hot oatmeal. Its location is great, just 2 miles away from Yorkridge Shopping Center. It's within walking distance to shopping centers and fairgrounds.

Bathroom and room was not thoroughly cleaned before my family checked in. Found clothing for previous occupant behind a chair and bathroom toilet and floor dusty.

The rooms are modern and impressive, with soft linens and comfy beds. The hotel has a good location, close to a light rail station that's less than a mile away. It's easy to get around from the hotel's absolutely perfect location.

Room was nice once finally given the right room

Issues since arriving with check in, check out, and still having them although we checked out 3 days ago. Expected better selection for breakfast being it wasn't free.

Conveniently close to Padonia Park, the staff here are super friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The room is peaceful and doesn't break the bank, plus the bed is like sleeping on a cloud ☁️.

On Wednesday morning, lady at front desk was very friendly. This made up for the previous night experience.

Reception on night of arrival. Lady was not friendly and changed fare vs my reservation on line. I wanted to leave a voucher with credit card and asked me to pay in cash because I told her needed to nights instead of just one, she said could not confirm until next day, but not in best cordial way.

When we saw the room we were a bit disappointed. The pictures look better than the room but it was still nice. Also when we booked out room it said it came with free complementary breakfast but we were charged $5 per person.

The hotel rooms are comfy with nice pillows and a gorgeous view. They provide a microwave, coffee & tea making machines, and a refrigerator. The staff is amazing and outstanding; they offer wake-up calls and free ironing services.
